The Nadia Boulanger Media Resources Centre of the Lyon Conservatoire National Supérieur Musique et Danse is situated in the very beautiful premises which used to house the library of the Veterinary School.
At the outset in 1980 the resources centre consisted solely of the Nadia Boulanger legacy collections. In the space of a quarter of a century the collections have been considerably extended and today the resources centre owns nearly 90,000 documents which it monitors with a database catalogue that can be consulted online.
The resources centre serves the needs of music teaching and research and is used regularly by students, teachers, musicologists and research workers.
The Nadia Boulanger Media Resources Centre houses the legacies of Nadia Boulanger, Jean Martinon, Dr H. Mondon, Henry de Rouville, Xavier Darasse, Monsieur Béthenod, Jane Bathori and Roger Accart.
